Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This timeframe allows you to properly experience our products while ensuring they remain in resalable condition.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging with seals intact
  • In resalable condition with all original tags and labels
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bath & body products (Bath & Body, Bath & Shower, Hand Wash & Soaps)
  • Used fragrance items
  • Opened face care products
  • Personal care items where hygiene cannot be guaranteed once opened
  • Gift sets if any components have been opened or used

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once authorized, securely package your items in the original packaging whenever possible. Include the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refund Method & Timing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Exchanges
